Mahesh Saggar

Mahesh Saggar graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and is the founder and present Organisation Officer in Command/President. He hails from the state of Punjab and has a paramilitary force family background. He has 10 years of experience in social work and has actively participated in different programmes for the rehabilitation of specially-abled persons/PWDs in Punjab. He is also actively involved in and contributes to the present project of Vishesh Child Development Centre, a centre for intervention therapies for autism and speech. He also has 19 years of experience in the pharma and insurance sectors (fraud control). Mahesh Saggar also attended the Indian Military Academy Attachment Course in 1999. He is presently responsible for the working of the organisation in all aspects.

Naveen Kumar

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, Naveen Kumar is the present Senior Vice President of the organisation. He is also from a paramilitary force background and is a self-employed trader based in Jammu. Naveen Kumar is a known social worker and ex-President of the All Jammu Kashmir Auto Operator Association in J&K. He held the post of President of the All Jammu Kashmir Auto Operator Association for almost 10 years, from 1989 to 1993 and from 1994 to 2001. He is a renowned personality in the transport sector and was known for working boldly for the welfare of his union members and for other social causes. He is also the Chief Consultant/Advisor in our organisation.

Dr Preet Mohan Singh

A graduate with a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medical Sciences, Dr Preet Mohan Singh is presently the Vice President of our organisation and a practising doctor based in Kharar, in the state of Punjab. He has been involved in social work for more than 8 years in Kharar, helping needy persons. Dr Preet Mohan Singh is also actively involved in and contributes to the present project of Vishesh Child Development Centre, a centre for intervention therapies for autism and speech. He also provides free consultations and examinations to our enrolled children.

Pooja Saggar

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and Civil Engineering, Pooja Saggar is presently the General Secretary/ROIC of our organisation and has played a vital role in the establishment of the organisation. As a mother of a specially-abled 13-year-old son, she understands the pain and vulnerability of parents of specially-abled children. She has attended many programmes on inclusive education and programmes for specially-abled children/youth. She is instrumental in the present Vishesh CDC and also plays a critical role in the interventions. She has also participated in the welfare activities of armed, paramilitary and police personnel and the elderly.

Priya Jasrotia

A graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce, Priya Jasrotia is presently the Assistant Secretary/Reg Officer of our organisation. She belongs to a Punjab Police background family and is herself a mother of a specially-abled 8-year-old daughter. She has more than 6 years of experience in administration, marketing strategy and social work. She plays a vital role in the administrative and operational activities along with the General Secretary. She has also participated in many programmes for specially-abled persons. She is actively working towards the inclusive education of specially-abled persons/PWDs.

Gurminder Singh

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, Gurminder Singh is an Honorary Member/ASAO of our organisation. He has a Government of India undertaking family background and belongs to Jalandhar in Punjab. He has 30 years of experience in pharma marketing and has a good reputation with leading doctors in Jalandhar. He also has 3 years of experience in social work and, along with other members, actively participates in all programmes related to the objectives of our organisation. He is presently looking after the finance vertical, including fundraising, of our organisation.

Dy. Comdt. Surinder K. Sharma

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, Dy. Comdt. Surinder K. Sharma is presently an Honorary Member of our organisation and is a retired Dy. Commandant from the BSF. He served in the BSF for 20 years in different parts of the country and, as an NRI, became associated with our organisation as a member. He is keenly involved in the social activities and programmes of our organisation.

Ms Komaldeep Kaur

Ms. Komaldeep Kaur is a psychologist with over 12 years of experience in counselling, mental health, and rehabilitation. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from Panjab University and an M.Phil. from Amity University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Psychology. Associated with our organisation since 2024, she provides psychological support to children with disabilities and their parents, helping them navigate challenges with greater confidence and care.

Mr. Gursimran Singh

Mr. Gursimran Singh is a visionary entrepreneur and digital growth consultant. He leads SEO Space Castle and Martech Space Castle with his valuable expertise in digital marketing, technology, and business growth; he brings strategic thinking, fresh ideas and an innovative approach to the organisation. As a Board Member, he supports NGO's efforts to improve lives, promote inclusion, and build stronger communities.

Dr. Harmandeep Singh is a clinical physiotherapist, educator, and entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in rehabilitation and patient care. As the Founder & CEO of Theronation Healthcare, he is committed to improving access to quality rehabilitation and healthcare education. As a Board Member, he brings his clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to support the NGO’s efforts in rehabilitation, healthcare, and community welfare.
