Every Ability Deserves an Opportunity to Grow, Thrive and Shine
At Central Armed Forces Officers Welfare Organisation (CAFOWO), we provide Rehabilitation, welfare and inclusion support for persons with disabilities, including those with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities. We are committed to empowering persons with disabilities through inclusion, rehabilitation, advocacy, and capacity building. To strengthen access to education, healthcare, employment, and social protection for persons with disabilities, we collaborate with communities, families, government agencies, and institutions.
