Central Armed Forces Officers Welfare Organisation
A Non-Government and Social Welfare Organisation raised on 24 December 2024 with the active initiative of Mahesh Saggar and Pooja Saggar in the district of Jalandhar in the state of Punjab (India) to work selflessly in the field of disability and rehabilitation, nature conservation, disaster management and welfare for Armed / paramilitary / police Personnels. We are committed to empowering vulnerable communities and strengthening national resilience.

Our vision is to build a safe, inclusive and resilient society and become a recognised organisation for the nation through rehabilitation, disaster management, nature conservation and personnel welfare.
Vishesh Child Development Centre
Our organisation is actively involved and contributing in the present project of Vishesh Child Development Centre, a center that helps children and adults with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Where 48+ children are provided intervention therapies and pre vocational and vocational training is being given since December 2024.
In this intervention centre we provide speech therapies and academic learning that are essential to make kids independent for daily living activities, and also for self dependency. Our members have been engaged in the field of disability and rehabilitation since 2017. We are having a well qualified, trained and RCI registered intervention team having experience more than 6 years in the field of rehabilitation.

We raise and use donations for nature’s welfare by sponsoring a plantation and water conservation as a small step to save our planet.
